Original Artwork

• Every original artwork is one of a kind and handmade.
• Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings.

Payments

• Full payment is required before your order is processed or shipped.
• Commission work may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Shipping

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
• Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Commissions

• Commission requests are accepted on a limited basis.
• Progress photos may be provided at the artist's discretion.
• Major changes requested after work has begun may incur additional charges.
• Deposits for commissioned artwork are non-refundable.

Copyright

• All artwork remains the intellectual property and copyright of the artist unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Purchasing artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, scan, sell, distribute, create NFTs from, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
• Images of the artwork may not be used without written permission.
